I apologize for seeming to be hung up about this. However, as a student, this is one of our responsibilities unless you Student Graduation Certificate to be messed up.
The deadline has been extended to 10 June. If you are still wondering about the format, here it is. Firstly, on Word 2003, highlight the whole document, go to Format --> Paragraph, under Spacing, look for Line spacing. By default, it should be single. Change it to double. Secondly, highlight the whole document, change font to Arial, size 12. Then, type the whole thing normally. Once you are done, press Ctrl+f, out comes Find and Replace. Click Replace, under Find what, type ". ", without inverted commas. Do note that the space there is crucial. Under Replace with, type ". ", without inverted commas. Do note that there is a double space there.
Once you are done, check that after all periods, there are two spaces. Follow the rest of the instructions as given.
