Key sources of error
Optics
For Pins: Pins are not straight, resulting in misalignment. / Holes made up by the pins are thick in comparison to the lines drawn over the holes, resulting in inaccuracies in the lines drawn.
For lens: Hard to get a correct sharp image, human visual perception of the clear image will differ
Heat
Heat lost to the surrounding, temperature recorded lower than expected
Electricity
Fluctuation in A / V meter reading due to uneven contact/ kinks in the wire/ Joule heating cause resistance in the wire to differ/ in perfect battery, with resistance in it
Pendulum
Air resistance, wind in the lab cannot be controlled...........non perfect pendulum
these are the most common, remember parallax error, zero error all cannot...
